| 摘 要： | 合成了 4种具有金属减活作用的化合物 :N ,N′ 二乙酰基己二酰二肼 ,N ,N′ 二丙酰基己二酰二肼 ,N ,N′ 二丁酰基己二酰二肼和N ,N′ 二己酰基己二酰二肼。合成反应的最佳条件为 :己二酰二肼与酸酐的物质的量比为 1 .0∶4.0 ,氯苯用量为 40mL ,反应时间 3h ,酰化物最高产率可达 94 2 %。老化实验结果表明 :这 4种化合物对聚丙烯的“铜害”均表现出明显的抑制作用 ,在 1 50℃条件下 ,相应试样的耐老化时间分别为 1 92、30 8、340和 51 7h ,均高于我国电缆行业标准要求的 1 68h。

| Abstract: | Four N,N′ diacyl adipic dihydrazides possessing metal deactivation effect were synthesized.Here the acyl groups were acetyl,propionyl,butyryl and hexanoyl.When the molar ratio of adipic dihydrazides and anhydride was 1.0∶4.0,with 40 mL benzene chloride and 3 h reacting time,the best yield of acylation was 94.2%.Oven test showed they all had remarkable inhibiting action on the ageing of PP contacting with copper and the corresponding sample's ageing time were 192h,308h,340hand 517h. |
