摘    要:本文建立了食用色素中直接桃红的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测方法。样品经纯水提取、离心和过滤后,依次通过C18固相萃取小柱和自制聚酰胺固相萃取小柱净化富集,浓缩后经高效液相色谱分离检测。该方法对不同色素产品中直接桃红的检测限为1-200mg/kg;定量限为3-700mg/kg;色素空白样品加标回收率为64.8%~106.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.4%~11.1%(n=3),直接桃红染料在0.050~2mg/mL浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归系数r均大于0.999。

Abstract:A method for determination of direct Red 31 in food pigments by HPLC-PDA has been developed in this article.The analyte was extracted from food pigments by pure water, followed by solid-phase extraction and concentration. HPLC-PDA was used to identify and determine the level ot the direct reel 31. The linear nunge were 0.050-2mg/ml, ( r〉0.999 ). The recoveries ranged from 64.8% to106.3%, and the relative standard deviations were 2.4% ~11.1% (n=3). The detection limits were ranged from 1-200mg/kg.
