摘    要:以某裂解炉用燃烧器为例,通过建立模型、网格划分、模型选取、条件设置及迭代计算等过程运用CFD技术对炉内的燃烧情况进行了数值模拟,并对计算结果进行了分析,得出了炉膛内的燃烧流动和温度分布,为燃烧器的研发和设计提供了依据。

Abstract:A numerical simulation was conducted of the burning status in an ethane cracking furnace using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) technique through some processes,such as model building,lattice division,condition setting-up,calculation by iteration,and the calculation result was analyzed,the burning flow and temperature distribution in the furnace tank were obtained,some bases were provided for the research and design of burners.
