摘    要:对大型重整装置预处理部分的工艺流程,包括先加氢后分馏和先分馏后加氢方案、先汽提后分馏和汽提塔"二塔合一"方案(即汽提塔中不但脱除石脑油中的硫、氮化合物和水,还脱除轻石脑油),从产品质量、能耗、投资和操作方面分别进行了技术和经济对比.结果表明(以2.2 Mt/a连续重整装置为例),先加氢后分馏流程的工程投资比先分馏后加氢流程高550×104RMB(¥),但其产品方案更加灵活,其轻石脑油产品的用途更加广泛;先汽提后分馏流程比汽提塔"二塔合一"流程在节能、工程投资、操作稳定性和灵活性方面更具优势.

Abstract:The process options of pretreatment section of continuous catalytic reforming (CCR) , i. e. hydrogenation before fractionation and fractionation before hydrogenation, stripping before fractionation and " combined stripping-fractionation" ( In one tower, not only is naphtha separated, but also the sulfur and nitrogen compounds and water are removed from naphtha) , are technically and economically compared in respect of product quality, energy consumption, project investment and unit operation. The case study of a 51 200 b/d CCR unit shows that the hydrogenation before fractionation process requires 5. 50 million Yuan ( RMB ) more investment than the fractionation before hydrogenation process. But it offers greater flexibility in product slates and wider utilization of naphtha. Whereas, the stripping before fractionation process is more advantageous than "integrated stripping-fractionation" process in energy requirement, project investment and operation reliability and flexibility.
