加热切削的发展与现状

摘    要:本文以加热切削专题文献数据库中的大量文献为依据,对近三十年来加热切削技术发展的历史与过程进行了追溯,重点介绍了电加热切削、等离子加热切削、激光加热切削发展的现状,对其国内外研究方向,研究水平进行了分析比较。另外,对各种加热切削法的特点及问题。也进行了概括。本文认为:加热切削是对难加工材料进行高效率切削的有效方法之一,在我国有极大的推广和应用价值。

Abstract:According as a vast amoumt of doeuments in "Date Base of a Special Sub-ject of hot Machining", this paper traces the history and course of developmentof hot mechining technology thirty years past, introduces present state of deve-lopment of electric hot machining, plasma hot machining, and laser hot ma-chining, and analyses the state and directions of research at home and abroad. Also this paper rummarizes the characteristics and problems of these hotmachining methods. It is wnsidered that hot machining in one of effectivemachining methods for difficult machining materials. This method is worth-whlie to be applied and spreaded.
