大型整体式浅圆贮煤筒仓局部堆煤作用有限元分析

摘    要:整体式浅圆筒仓无温度缝,整个筒仓作为整体承受堆煤压力,局部堆煤压力为非平衡力,使筒仓产生不均匀的变形和位移,对筒仓顶部的网架结构、仓壁和基础造成不利影响.以某电厂大型整体式浅圆贮煤筒仓为例,使用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS进行三维非线性有限元分析,比较了在不同范围的局部堆煤压力作用下,筒仓仓壁、桩基础的响应特征,找出了最不利堆煤角度,对工程设计具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:There is no temperature slot designed for whole huge squat silo,such leads silo to endure the pressure exerted by coal as a whole structure.Compared with full region coal,the pressure of local region coal is unbalance force which makes nonuniform deformation and displacement and has disadvantageous effect on the above grid structure,the silo wall and the pile foundation.Based on the background of the 120 meter diameter silo of Heyuan Power Station,the response of the silo wall and the pile foundation under the pressure exerted by local region coal is compared to the response under the pressure exerted by full region coal;and the worst angle of region coal is found.Three-dimensional nonlinear finite element analysis is carried out by using the big universal finite element software named ANSYS.The study supplies some suggestions for designing.
