湘西金矿炼厂保安矿柱开采的岩石力学研究

摘    要:本文简要介绍了湘西金矿炼厂保安矿柱开采的岩石力学研究结果,其中对开发出的一种预计倾斜矿体三维地表移动的计算机辅助设计方法,应用微机三维有限元分析矿柱应力以及基于岩石节理刚度、节理几何等预计岩体变形性质的结果进行了比较详细的阐述。保安矿柱试采及地表移动观测表明,矿柱回采率可达80%,地表变形轻微,与预计结果比较接近。

Abstract:In this paper some advances in the title research are presented including the CAD method for predicting 3D subsidence due to the mining of inclined ore seams, the 3D FEM for pillar stress analysis with a microcomputer, and the method for predicting the deformability of rock masses based on joint stiffness and geometry etc. The results of experimental mining of safety pillar showed that the pillar recovery of 80% Can be obtained; and the subsidence surveys indicated that there is insignificant subsidence on the surface above the pillars, and that the actual subsidences are close to the predicted values.
