摘    要:国内棉纺织产品质量上存在的主要问题是纱疵多,布面竹节是其中之一。本文较全面的分析了各种布面竹节的形状、特征及产生原因,并就J T/C(65/35)13W的布面竹节作了大量试验,得出减少布面竹节关键工序是粗纱的结论。

Abstract:The main quality problem in the home made cotton fabrics is yarn fault, such as Uneven surfacl. In this paper the shape, charactor and the cause of have been analized thoroughly and a lot of experiments have been made on J t/c(65/35) 13W uneven surfacl The conclusion has been made that the key technology to reduce uneven surfacl is roving.
