摘    要:介绍了双小车门式起重机采用CANOPEN总线技术控制方式,系统由施耐德M340、ATV71变频器、分布式I/O(STB岛)、触摸屏组成;实现运行机构控制、两台小车同步运行、大车纠偏、故障报警等辅助功能,通过现场电气系统的实际调试运行,验证了设计的控制系统的可行性和正确性。

Abstract:This paper gives an introduction to the application of CANOPEN bus control technology in double trolley gantry crane, which consists of Schneider M340, distributive I/O (STB module) and touch screen. It helps to realize operational control of the gantry crane, simultaneous operation of double trolleys and auxiliary functions of the bigger trolley such as deviation correction and failure alarm. The feasibility and validity of this control system is physically verified by the actual commissioning operation of electrical system in the field.
