钢梁竖向荷载在大直径钢管混凝土柱中的传力机制试验研究

摘    要:对带有内加强环式梁柱节点的大直径钢管混凝土进行了单调加载试验研究,考察了该种构造的节点在不同类型的竖向荷载下的传力性能。试验结果表明,超高层建筑采用大直径钢管混凝土柱-钢梁构造时,梁端竖向荷载首先通过钢柱管壁和柱内加劲环传递,然后在钢管全周和混凝土中逐渐传递;就传递竖向荷载而言,柱内加劲环为1/10钢管直径时就具有良好的传力性能,不需要设计图集要求的1/4钢管直径,从而可以节省可观的钢材。

EXPERIMENTAL RESEARCHES ON VERTICAL LOAD TRANSFERRING MECHANISM THROUGH BEAM TO LARGE DIAMTER CFST COLUMN

Abstract:Experimental researches on the large diameter concrete-filled steel column with internal-stiffening-ring joint under vertical monotonic loading are performed in the article. The load transferring mechanism of such joint is studied. The test results indicate that beam load is transferred from part of steel tube and internal stiffening ring to entire tube and concrete in large diameter CFST used in super tall building. For the purpose of force transferring, the internal stiffening ring with the width of 1/10 diameter of tube could meet the requirement, while the width of 1/4 diameter advised by handbook is not necessary, and thus the consumption of steel can be significantly reduced.
