摘    要:(接上期,cont.from previous issue) 6 大力发展煤电与西电东送 1)发展煤电西电东送的必要性 新疆地区煤炭资源丰富,有条件成为面向全国的电力和发电用煤供应基地.近年燃煤发电机组装机增加很快,全国发电用煤和部分地区电力供应紧张.沿海发达地区近年电力需求增长迅速,受环境容量和煤炭运输限制,除本地建厂发电外,需要接受大量外来电力.以江苏省为例,有关资料表明,2006年全省全社会最高用电负荷4206万千瓦,用电量
