平衡回路振动原因分析及对策

摘    要:液压平衡回路广泛应用于工程机械、起重机械以及一些具有垂直运动部件的场合。振动和冲击是液压平衡回路使用中常出现的问题,直接影响到液压系统的正常工作。本文分别对液控顺序阀以及液控单向阀组成的平衡回路的振动原因进行了分析,指出液控阀控制油压力波动及系统回油路背压过高是引起振动和冲击的原因,给出了消除平衡回路振动的具体措施,为液压平衡回路的正确设计和使用提出了有益的建议。

Abstract:Hydraulic balancing circuit is widely used in construction machinery,crane and some occasions with vertical movement parts.Being a very obvious problem of hydraulic balancing circuit,vibration and impulse affect the normal work of hydraulic system directly.In this paper,vibration reasons of balancing circuit composed of pilot sequencing valve and pilot check valve are analyzed respectively.It is pointed out that pressure wave of pilot oil and over-high backpressure in back circuits are the reasons causing vibration and impulse.Measures against vibration are given,and beneficial proposals for correct design and usage of hydraulic balan-(cing) circuit are put forward.
