叔胺型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯的合成和光固化性能

摘    要:以三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯和二乙醇胺为原料,通过Michael加成反应合成叔胺型丙烯酸酯(NTM),再与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和丙烯酸羟乙酯反应制备叔胺型聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(APUA)。用HPLC、1HNMR、FI-IR和GPC对NTM和APUA进行了分析和表征。结果表明,将APUA作为预聚物用于以二苯甲酮为引发剂的紫外光固化涂料中,参与涂料体系光聚合,可克服涂料紫外光固化过程中的氧阻聚效应,提高C C双键转化率;加入质量分数为20%和40%的APUA,在光照160 s时,涂料中的C C双键转化率从15%分别提高到了71%和89%。

Abstract:The polyurethane acrylates with tertiary amine moiety(APUA) was prepared from isophorone disocyante,2-hydroxyethyl acrylate and Michael-Addition product NTM synthesized from trimethylopropane triacrylate and diethanolamine.NTM and APUA were determined and characterized by HPLC、1HNMR、FI-IR and GPC.The result showed that used in UV curable coatings as the prepolymer,APUA could reduce oxygen inhibition effect and increase the CC double bonds conversion of coatings.It could photopolymerize with acrylates and had co-initiator property.Compared with the coating without APUA,the CC double bonds conversion increased from 15% to 71% and 89% when 20% and 40% APUA was used in coatings respectively after 160 s exposure under UV.
