| 摘 要： | 温度控制是ACF邦定机控制系统中的重要组成部分,好的温度控制方法可以提高产品的合格率。介绍了ABD-100ACF邦定机中温度控制方案的硬件与软件的设计及原理,详细阐述了加热器断线保护、热电偶断线报警和过升温报警3个功能的实现。

| Abstract: | Temperature control is one of the important structure in the control system of ACF bonding machine,because the good method of temperature control can improve the product eligibility. This paper introduces the design and principles of hardware and software in the temperature control scheme of ABD-100 ACF bonding machine. And it expatiates the implement manner of three functions in detail,viz,heater break off safeguard,thermocouple break off alarm,temperature over rise alarm. |
