摘    要:扬子石化公司乙烯装置改造采用的方案是增加一条生产能力为320 kt/a的平行生产线,使总生产能力最终达到650 kt/a,从而实现了提高乙烯装置的产量、运行周期和操作灵活性。详细评述了碳三加氢工艺的选择,新、老区增加急冷油减粘系统的匹配,二元制冷系统的运用等改造的技术方案内容;对预试车及总体试车方案的优化进行了比较分析。改造结果表明,650 kt/a乙烯装置改造取得了成功,改造后的技术经济指标达到了设计要求,并为同类装置的改造提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:The modification scheme of Yangzi cracker plant was to add a parallel production line (320 kt/a in capacity) along with the original. This scheme not only increased product output but also enhanced plant running period and operation flexibility. The paper gave detail information and commented about the technology scheme, such as selection of C3 hydrogenation process, matching of viscosity reducing system of quench oil in new area and original area and operation of binary compressor system etc. The comparison and optimization based on the scheme of pre - start up and whole startup guaranteed success of the whole modification. Main technical economical index after modification has basically met design requirement.
