| 摘 要： | 该项改造通过外加UPS电源解决了该型变频绞车由于没有二级制动而引起的紧急制动时出现的松绳等严重问题,重新调定了几个参数,修改了PLC程序和电器接线,使其最大制动力矩和制动减速度符合《煤矿安全规程》规定。该改造在七台河市多家煤矿推广。

| Abstract: | This alteration,through to add an extra UPS,mainly to solve the "rope slack" problem when a frequency conversion winch which no two stage braking and working in underground coal mines is peremptorily broken;to re-setup many parameter values,to chage the parameters of PLC programs,to change many modes of connection of some electrical components,and then to let its max.Brake Torque and brake retarded velocity be up to the mustard of safety regulations in coal mine.This alteration has been deploied in many coal mines in Qitaihe. |
