摘    要:利用酞菁铜有机半导体作为敏感材料制备成NO_2气体传感器,研究了其气敏特性,如器件的一致性、重复性、线性等,结果表明传感器具有实用价值。

Abstract:With the Copper phthalocynine organic semiconductor one kind of NO2 gas sensor is fabricated. Its gas sensitive properties such as the identicality, repeatability and linearity etc. were described. These results have showed that the sensor has practical prospect.
