摘    要:碳刷打火缺陷是影响发电机安全运行的重大隐患,通过对三峡左岸电站ALSTOM发电机碳刷打火原因分析及刷架结构改造,解决了碳刷打火的顽固缺陷,为巨型水轮发电机刷架结构的优化提供了实践经验。同时结合三峡电站巨型机组碳刷打火的处理经验,总结了碳刷日常维护注意要点。

Abstract:Carbon brush sparkling is a serious potential danger during generator running. Through the technical innovation of brush holder on ALSTOM generator of Three Gorges Left Bank Power Station,the problem is solved which provides practical experience for the optimization of brush holder on giant hydro-generator. Combined with experience in dealing with carbon brush sparkling,maintenance methods of carbon brush are summarized.
