摘    要:以龚嘴水电站为例,介绍多沙河流上水轮机部件受到空蚀和泥沙磨损的情况,经过多年的实践和研究,对不同的修补材料及工艺措施比较,提出了对易发生磨蚀部位采用高抗磨蚀材料进行防护、修补的措施,延长了水轮机的使用寿命。

Abstract:The current condition about the erosion and abrasion of turbine components running on the sandy river is introduced by taking Gongzui Hydropower Station as an example. On the basis of years' practice and research,different repair materials and technical measures are compared. It is proposed that high-abrasion resistant material be applied to prevent and repair easily abrasion parts in order to increase the turbine service life.
