摘    要:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定了烟叶中钇(Y)、镧(La)、铈(Ce)、镨(Pr)、钕(Nd)、钐(Sm)、铕(Eu)、钆(Gd)、铽(Tb)、镝(Dy)、钬(Ho)、铒(Er)、铥(TM)、镱(Yb)和镥(Lu)共15种稀土元素。利用硝酸和过氧化氢混合溶液微波消解(MD)进行样品前处理。通过在线加入铑(Rh)和铼(Re)内标的方法来校正基体效应和信号漂移。方法的回收率为91.00%~103.00%,检出限为0.001~0.004 mg/kg,精密度试验相对标准偏差为1.20%~4.78%。结果表明,该方法精密度高、准确性好,适用于烟叶中15种稀土元素含量的测定。

Abstract:Fifteen kinds of rare earth elements including Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu in tobacco samples were determined simultaneously by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) method. The samples were preprocessed by microwave digestion (MD) using the mixed solution of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Rh and Re were added on line as the interior label elements to calibrate matrix effect and signal drift. The recovery rate of the method was 91.00 %-103.00 %, the limit of detection was 0.001-0.004 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation of precision experiments was 1.20%-4.78%. The results showed that the method had high precision and good accuracy, which was suitable for determination the contents of 15 kinds of rare earth elements in tobacco.
