摘    要:优良的酵母菌能够增强产物转化率、提高生产效率,因此选育性能优良的酵母菌一直是乙醇发酵中非常重要的工作;该文对利用进化工程选育酿酒酵母菌的研究进展进行了综述,并展望了其研究趋势,以便为这一领域的进一步深入研究提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:Ethanol productivity and yield could be elevated with super yeast strains during ethanol fermentation, so super yeast strains breeding is always conducted as a very important work in the ethanol fermentation industry all the time. The research progress of the yeast breading by evolutionary engineering were summarized in the article. The trend of the aspect was also discussed to provide references for the researchers in the field.
