| 摘 要： | 从大曲中分离到一株产纤溶酶的芽孢杆菌，命名为B4。该菌革兰氏染色呈阳性，菌体杆状，专性好氧，能够利用甲醇作唯一碳源。通过形态特征观察、生理生化特性并结合基于16S rDNA序列比对及系统发育分析，鉴定菌株B4为甲基营养型芽孢杆菌（Bacillus methylotrophicus）。该菌最适生长温度为35 ℃，最适发酵初始pH值为7.0，发酵42 h酶活力最高可达649 U/mL。

| Abstract: | A fibrinolytic enzyme-producing Bacillus named B4 was isolated from Daqu. The strain was a Gram-positive, rod-shaped, obligate aerobic bacterium and could use methanol as sole carbon source. According to morphology observation, physiological-biochemical characteristic and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rDNA sequence, the strain B4 was identified as Bacillus methylotrophicus. The optimum growth temperature of strain B4 was 35 ℃, the optimum fermentation initial pH was 7.0 and fermentation time was 42 h. Under the conditions, the fibrinolytic enzyme activity could be up to 649 U/ml. |
