新型大颗粒磁选机结构参数的试验研究

摘    要:通过对利用CAE软件设计的新型挤压式磁系和创新设备结构型式的研究, 设计了新型大颗粒磁选机, 并通过试验验证了其性能。结果表明: 该机回收率指标可达99 .82%, 且可保证大颗粒物料的顺利通过, 实现了振动脱介和磁选回收二者合一, 简化了重介质回收子系统。在保证重介质选煤工艺高效优势的前提下, 初步实现了实验室条件下降低投资和洗选加工成本的目的。

Abstract:A novel large particle magnetic separator has been designed by use of new type of extrusion magnet assembly designed with help of CAE software and through research carried on the structure of this renovated equipment. The performance of the separator has been proved through experiment and the results achieved from the experiment show that, the index of recovery percentage is up to 99 82% and it effects a combination of dense medium removal by vibration motion and the medium recovering by magnetic separation process, therefore, this simplifies sub-system of medium recovery. With this system operating under laboratorial condition, the advantage of lowering capital investment can be obtained on the premise of ensuring high performance of dense medium coal separation system.
