人力资源管理与组织绩效关系:组织学习视角

摘    要:在经济全球化和全球竞争性日趋加强的环境下,企业越来越重视人力资源管理和组织学习能力的提升,人力资源管理对于企业来说更多地发挥着战略作用。理论研究者和实践界力图证明人力资源管理对于组织绩效的贡献,而以组织学习为研究视角的人力资源管理和组织绩效关系研究还相当缺乏。出于理论建构需要,分析基于组织学习视角的人力资源管理与组织绩效关系研究的背景、原因和价值所在,可以指出该研究未来的方向。

Abstract:In the situation of economic globalization and increasingly intense global competition,business and enterprises pay more and more attention to human resources management and the organizational learning capacity.Human resources management plays a strategic role in the management of enterprises.But researchers and enterprisers try to prove the value that human resources management has to organizational performance.There still lacks study of relationship between human resources management and organizational performance based on organizational learning.In order to construct the theory,this paper analyses the context,the reason,and the value of the study in this field,which can lead to the future research direction.
