摘    要:论述了SF6气体分解产物检测技术的发展历史、局部放电下SF6气体的分解机理、SF6气体分解产物的常见检测方法,以及SF6分解产物与绝缘类型之间的关系等,结合最新研究进展,提出利用SF6气体分解组分的含量比值来识别缺陷类型,进而对设备内部绝缘进行故障诊断和状态评估,并指出了下一步需要研究解决的关键问题.

Abstract:The development history of SF6 gas detection technology, SF6 gas decomposition mechanism, common detection methods and the relationship between product and the type of insulation are reviewed. M eanwhile it is proposed to use SF6 gas decomposition component ratio to identify the type of defect, and then to do the fault diagnosis and condition assessment for equipment internal insulation. Finally, it is pointed out that the next step is to solve the problems in combination with the latest research progress.
