摘    要:分析了国网嘉兴供电公司在以往的电力营销精益化管理中存在的问题,论述了该公司在电力营销精益化管控平台建设过程中对管控平台提出的基本要求,以及管控平台应实现的3项主要功能,介绍了电力营销精益化管控平台的应用效果.

Abstract:Problems exist in power supply marketing with lean management of Jiaxing Power Supply Company are analysed. The basic requirements are put forward for the control platform in the process of power marketing lean control platform constructed and three main functions it should implement are expounded. The application effects of lean management and control system of electric power marketing are introduced.
