高压共轨整体式喷油器组件的有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元分析技术,分析了自行设计的一种高压共轨整体式喷油器的喷油器体、控制活塞、控制阀座、导向体等组合部件的结构刚度和强度,为喷油器设计改进提供了依据。利用专业三维造型软件Pro/Engineer建立了较为精确的喷油器零件及其组件的三维模型,应用更符合实际情况的位移和力的边界条件,提高了有限元分析的精度。

Abstract:Using finite element analysis,the structural analysis on the assembly parts of injector body,control piston,guiding body,control valve seat,etc. of the high pressure common rail integral injector was performed to improve the structure of the injector.The results of finite element analysis were conducted based on the finite element models and boundary conditions and the precise 3D models of the parts mentioned above were modeled with Pro/Engineer.
