电流退火对铁基非晶合金Fe78Si9B13薄带巨应力阻抗效应的影响

摘    要:研究了电流退火工艺对非晶Fe78Si9B13薄带巨应力阻抗效应的影响.实验结果表明,在外加应力下对非晶合金进行电流退火,巨应力阻抗效应显著提高,并且ΔZ/Z最大值随退火电流密度的增加先增加然后减小.Fe78Si9B13合金在40 MPa预应力下,经34 A/mm2电流退火后,阻抗的最大相对变化率达到180 %.认为上述阻抗变化与电流退火过程中应力感生各向异性有关.

Abstract:The giant stress impedance (GSI) effect of Joule heating in amorphous Fe 78 Si 9B 13 ribbons have been investigated.The results show that the GSI effect changes drastically with annealing techniques and the maximum stress impedance ratio of 180 % can be obtained after Joule heating under optimal conditions.The stress impedance varies with annealing current and the stress longitudinally applied during annealing due to induced transverse magnetic anisotropy.The maximum change of stress impedance exists in the sample annealed by Joule heating under applied stress of 40 MPa.
