| 摘 要： | 通过对建设三聚氰胺工程项目条件的分析 ,选择引进高压无催化剂的三聚氰胺生产技术。介绍了在项目的实施过程中 ,对引进技术中的反应器供热系统燃料、尿素溶液贮槽、产品包装系统等进行改造与完善。改造后日产量已达设计能力的1 0 6 % ,产品优质品率达 1 0 0 %。

| Abstract: | The melamine production technology without catalyst under high pressure was selected by analyzing the situation of melamine production project.The revamping and consummation of units in introduced technology such as fuel in the reactor heat providing system,urea solution tank,and the product packaging system,etc.,were presented in practical process.The production capacity of modified units is 106% over the projected capacity,and the rate of high grade product reaches 100%. |
