| 摘 要： | 文章从建立诚信评价科学体系的理论根据、诚信评价科学体系的内涵与功能、诚信评价体系的指标体系与评价方法及其完善机制等方面,探讨如何建立大学生诚信评价体系并将其作为社会诚信评价体系的一个重要环节,通过较强的外在约束、规范及氛围熏陶,建立起人和制度之间良性互动机制。

| Abstract: | The formation of the spirit and quality of college students' honesty is both process of ideological cognition and that of behavioral cultivation and accumulation,which requires the strengthening of internal accomplishment,external restrictions,normalization and environmental exposure.To establish the system of college students' honesty is to enable the college students to become self-disciplined through the external restrictions and normalization,which is not only the prerequisite for enhancing the moral construction of higher institutions but also the prerequisite for building up a harmonious and honest society. |
