摘    要:本研究采用3种泥浆,分别在滤纸和岩芯上进行了流动速梯对动失水速率的影响试验。试验结果表明:在滤纸上,动失水速率与流动速梯呈线性关系;在低渗透性的人造岩芯上,则二者的关系又表现为指数幂关系。文章总结了动失水速率与流动速梯二者关系的数学经验式。同时,根据不同速梯下泥饼渗透率值的变化规律以及泥饼的扫描电镜照片,作了机理探讨,为进一步研究泥浆动失水规律提供了理论依据。

Abstract:A laboratory investigation has been implemented on filter papers and cores utilizing 3types of drilling muds respectively. Such investigation reveals the effect that different flowvelocity gradients can have on the dynamic mud fluid-loss. Results from the study demonstrate that the correlation of both of them is linear on the filter papers and is exponential onthe cores with lower permeability. An empirical formula describing the correlation is derived. According to the change of the mud fluid permeability at different velocity gradientsand filter cake's photoes by SEM, a preliminary analysis of the above results is made, whichcan be used as a theoretical base for further study of formation, damage.
