| 摘 要： | 在氢氧化钾和4,4-二甲氨基吡啶(DMAP)存在下,将富马酸单甲酯分别与O-乙酰基溴代葡萄糖、O-乙酰基溴代半乳糖、O-乙酰基溴代乳糖、O-乙酰基溴代纤维二糖作用,合成了全乙酰溴代糖对应的富马酸糖酯,用IR鉴定了4个糖酯的结构。

| Abstract: | Four new glucosyl ester derivatives of fumaric acid were synthesized by reaction of monomethy fumarate with O-acetyl glucopyranosyl bromide or O-acetyl galactopyranosyl bromide,O-acetyl lactopyranosyl bromide,O-acetyl cellobiopyranosyl bromide in the presence of potassium hydroxide and 4,4-dimethylam inepyridine and their structures were confirmed by IR. |
