电子束熔炼制备钼-钛梯度材料的研究

摘    要:通过对Mo、Ti元素基本性质及Mo-Ti二元合金相图的分析,设计了Mo-Ti复合层,在钛合金基体上制备了Mo-Ti梯度材料。结果表明,Mo-Ti梯度材料成形良好,复合层中Mo元素沿厚度方向连续均匀变化。

Abstract:The Mo-Ti gradient material was developed on the surface of Ti alloy substrate by electron beam smelting(EBS) technology based on analyzing the properties of Mo,Ti elements and Mo-Ti binary alloy phase diagram.The results show that the formation of Mo-Ti gradient material is fine and the distribution of Mo element in composite layer is continuously uniformly variational along the thickness.
