| 摘 要： | 对B型活性染料二浴轧蒸法工艺进行试验，分析，讨论烧碱和食盐用量对染料固色率的影响，并与K型活性染料、还原染料的应用成本进行对比，生产实践证明，该工艺操作简便、质量稳定，而且成本降低，经济效益显著。

| Abstract: | Pad steam process of B reactive dyestuff in two bath was performed. The influence of caustic soda and salt amount on dye fixation was discussed. Comparison was made on cost with K reactive dyes and vat dyes. After several years practices, it is proved that this process has the advantages such as easy operation, consistent quality and low cost. |
