| 摘 要： | 黄河南侵夺淮后,黄、淮、运在江苏淮安清口一带相互纠结.至清代,这里集中了大量复杂的工程.由此,负责该区的江南河道总督的地位日益凸显.根据清代故宫档案、实录和文集等史料,研究清代江南河道总督地位的变化及其与相关官员间的关系演变,从而揭示其与清代河务的相关关系.

| Abstract: | After the Yellow River invaded and occupied the water course of Huaihe,Grand Canal joined the Yellow River and Huaihe in Qingkou area of Huaian,Jiangsu Province.In Qing dynasty,a great deal of complex water power projects were built in here,so the status of Governor who is in charge of Water-control became increasingly important.In this paper,the change of the status of Governor of Water-control and the relationship between them and other related officials are studied.The correlativity of this change with water control is also pointed out based on historical materials such as archives,memoir and corpus. |
