摘    要:本文通过油箱模型的撞击试验,对撞击响应作了全面的分析,由试验得到的撞击应变波形曲线和撞击时的动应力值,表明刚性撞击对油箱结构强度影响极大,而有阻尼的弹性撞击对油箱强度的影响较小。因此,必须改善油箱压柱和箱耳的接触状况,才能减小撞击对油箱的影响。

Abstract:The joint clamping type oil tank is a part of the train during transportation the oil tank is clamped and supported at both ears on specially designed care of a train by the clamping beams on the ears and press posts of the oil tank. The analysis of the impulse response is very important in the structural strength design. A complete analysis of the impulse response is introduced in this paper. Through impulse experiments of the model of the oil tank experimental impulse strain curve and dynamic stresses during impulse are obtained. The results show that the structural strength is greatly effected by rigid impulse and the effect of the elastic impulse with clamping is relatively small. According to this result, the authors of this paper suggest that the conditions of contact of the ears and the press posts of the oil tank must be improved as a means of minimize the harmful impulse effects on the oil tank.
