钛酸钡制备新方法研究

摘    要:用BaCl2.2H2O和H2TiO3作反应物,(NH4)2CO3作沉淀共沉淀法制备钛酸钡。研究了(N4)2CO3和BaCl2.2H2o及BaCl2.2H2O和H2TiO3的配比、反应温度和时间、煅烧温度和时间、液固比对产品质量的影响。

Abstract:The barium titanate was preparared by coprecipitation method. H2TiO3 and BaCl2 ?2H2O were used as starting materials and (NH4)2CO3 as precipitating agent. The effects of operating conditions, such as the ratio of (NH4)2CO3 to BaCl2 ?2H2O,the ratio of BaCl2 ?2H2O to H2TiO3 (mole), reaction temperature and time, calcining temperature and time, and the ratio of liquid to solid etc. on the quality of barium titanate powder were studied. The optimum conditions for the preparation of barium titanate powder were determined as following :(NH4)2CO3/BaCl2 2H2O =1. 06 -1. 08;H2TiO3/BaCl2 2H2O = 0. 99-1. 01jreaction temperature: room temperature;reaction time=1-1. 5 h;calcining temperature = 920 Cicalcining time:l. 5-2 h;the ratio of liquid to solid =30 : 1. The product BaTiO3 was analyzed by chemical analysis, IR, SEM, X - Ray and AES. The results show that the purity of barium titanate is high and the particle diameter is small.
