摘    要:为换热器制造开发高质量的换热管与管板的连接技术,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟分析换热管与管板间的连接形式。采用胀焊结合的连接形式时,焊接产生的热应力和胀接产生的残余接触应力之间互有影响。胀接分析过程中根据材料的力学、物理性能,引入材料的几何非线性和接触非线性理论分析[1],采用多线性随动强化准则,计算胀管压力卸除后换热管与管板之间的残余接触应力,得出最高效、最合适的胀接压力。焊接分析过程中利用ANSYS软件进行模拟计算,采用单元生成技术,得出强度焊产生的热应力的影响范围。本方法为换热管与管板接头的结构设计和工艺参数优选提供了理论依据。

Abstract:In order to research and develop advanced technology to connect heat tube and tube sheet used in the heat exchanger,we use ANSYS as the finite element analysis software to imitate the connection style of the heat tube and tube sheet.Select expended and welded tube joint as connect style,there is mutual impact between the heating stress and residual stress during the welding process.In the expanded connections analysis process,to base on the mechanical property & physical property of the material,and to introduce geometrical non-linearity theory & contact non-linear theory of the material,select multi-linear kinematic hardening standard to calculate the residual contact stress between heat tube and tube sheet after unloading the tube expanding pressure.In this way,we can get the most effective and most suitable expansion stress.Use ANSYS software to make simulation calculation during welding analysis process,use unit generating technology,to get the impact scale of the heat stress caused by strength welding.This method can provide basic theory to select structure style and process parameter in the heat tube and tube sheet connection.
