摘    要:针对液化装置项目中采用原有联合氮压机压缩的特殊要求,通过优化工艺流程和设计参数,使膨胀机的效率大大改善。不断的优化设计既降低了工程投资,也提高了装置运行效率。

Abstract:According to the special requirement of using the existing combined nitrogen compressor in liquefying unit of Wuhan Iron and Steel(Group) Corp.,the turbo-expander’s efficiency has been greatly improved by optimizing process and design parameters.The optimization design not only reduces project investment,but also improves the unit efficiency.
