超声波辅助提取桔皮中叶黄素的工艺条件研究

摘    要:
采用超声波辅助提取桔皮中的叶黄素,通过单因素试验和L9(3)3正交试验得出桔皮中叶黄素提取与溶剂种类、超声温度、超声时间、料液比之间的关系,并通过可见光光度计对其进行了表征研究。结果表明:以丙酮为提取溶剂,料液比为1 g∶25 mL,超声波提取15 min,超声波温度25℃,是从柑桔皮中提取叶黄素的最佳技术工艺条件。

Abstract:
This paper studied the use of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of lutein from orange peel through single-factor experiment and L9(33) orthogonal experiments.These studies concluded the relationship between extraction lutein from orange peel and solvent type,ultrasonic temperature,extraction time,solid to liquid ratio through Visible Characterization.The results showed that the optimum process conditions which extraction of lutein from orange peel is that using acetone as solvent,solid to liquid ratio of 1 g∶25mL,ultrasonic extraction 15 min,ultrasonic temperature of 25 ℃.
