化学灌浆技术在青居水电站厂房混凝土裂缝处理中的应用

摘    要:青居水电站机组运行后发现机组底层廊道和安装间等部位混凝土墙面出现不规则裂缝且渗水较严重.针对裂缝特点及难点,采取化学灌浆处理以达到墙面不再渗水的效果.阐述了该工程化学灌浆材料和施工工艺.

Abstract:Random cracks and severe leakage on the concrete walls in erection bay and unit bottom floor gallery were found after operation of Qingju hydropower station.According to crack characteristics and difficulties,chemical grouting treatment was carried out to protect wall surfaces from water leaking.Chemical grouting material and construction technique for this work is described in this paper.
