加速度传感器ADXL105的原理及实验研究

Principle and Experimental Study of the Acceleration Sensor ADXL105

ADXL105 is an acceleration sensor chip produced by ANALOG..It contains a micro-machined sensor with polysilicon surface and an uncommitted amplifier.The ADXL105 is capable of measuring both positive and negative accelerations to a maximum level of 5g.The principle,function and characteristic of ADXL105 are introduced in detail in this paper.The measuring probe,filter and subtraction circuits are given and the relative experimental study is carried out.In addition,the problems concerned are discussed.Experimental results show that ADXL105 is a stable acceleration sensor with fast response.ADXL105 can be used to measure both static and dynamic acceleration,whose response is fast and stable and can be used to mechanical vibration measurement.
