自聚焦透镜的离子交换工艺的进一步研究

摘    要:本文分折了扩散系数D不为常数时自聚焦透镜的离子浓度和折射率分布在离子交换过程中的变化规律。引入新的参数T~*,计算了分阶段离子交换法所能获得的最佳分布。最后提出了在离子交换中对T~*控制的新方法,以保证制作自聚焦透镜最佳工艺条件的实现。

Abstract:Under the condtion of the variable diffusion coefficient D in ion-exchange,the law of ion density distribution and radial index distribution in the selfoc lenshas been analyzed in this paper.After introducing a new parameter T, the opti-mal distribution obtained with the method of exchanging ions in more than onestep have been derived. And a flew way of controlling T in ion-exchange hasbeen proposed in order to ensure the best technical condition in the manufactureof the selfoc lens.
