| 摘 要： | 介绍了公共产品平台的概念和特征，探讨了基于公共平台的产品族设计方法，给出了面向大批量定制的公共平台体系结构框架及其形式化表达；探讨了企业在面向大批量定制设计中公共产品平台的开发策略，详细论述了公共平台开发中的关键技术，并对平台元素的粒度问题、平台的选择和评价，以及跨企业的广义公共产品平台策略进行了说明。

| Abstract: | To introduce the concept and characteristics of common product platform,product family design based on the common platform was discussed. The framework of common platform architecture faced on mass customization and its formulation were proposed.Some strategies of developing common platform of enterprises in mass customization design were discussed and key technologies in developing platform were explained in details. The granularity of platform elements, the selection and evaluation of platform, and multi-enterprise generalized common product platform are presented. |
