提高高速泵气蚀性能的理论分析与试验研究

摘    要:阐述了提高高速离心泵气蚀性能的设计措施及试验研究。经过理论分析和试验研究表明,采用两级串联诱导轮以及在变螺距诱导轮前增添引射装置,可以使高速泵获得比只带单级诱导轮更高的气蚀性能。

Abstract:The theoretical analysis and engineering implementation of high speed centrifugal pumps are presented to achieve excellent suction performance. The theoretical analysis, test results and engineering implication show that high speed centrifugal pumps with two stage inducers and entrance jet device can achieve better suction performance than those with single inducer.
