摘    要:真菌和高等真菌对自然界的纤维素有很强的分解作用。本实验将平菇、黑曲霉、啤酒酵母进行不同的组合,利用平菇、黑曲霉高活力的纤维素酶,将不能直接被动物吸收利用的纤维素分解,通过与啤酒酵母的混和生长,抑制了终产物还原糖的积累,促进了单细胞蛋白(SCP)的合成,结合物理学处理,除去10%左右的大麦壳。实验证明:平菇 酵母 黑曲霉、羔曲霉 酵母,羔曲霉 酵母 平菇这三种液体混合发酵体系,纤维素酶活力和蛋白含量均有提高,其中啤酒糟蛋白饲料1~#(即平菇 酵母 黑曲霉这种发酵体系)各项指标提高得最多,纤维素酶活力提高了5.0U,粗蛋白含量提高了11%。

Abstract:Fungus and higher fungus have a powerful decompos ability to cellulose in the nature,In this experiment plearotus estreaful,aspergillas night and beer yeast composed in a different way,the cellulose which can not be absorbed by animals directly decomposed by the active cellulose enzyme of plearotus estreaful and aspergillas night,the decomposed cellulose mixed and grown with beer yeast and 10 percent of barley shell worked off through physical method,we came to restrain the accumulation to the final product, reduction sugar and promote the composition of single cell protein. The experiment proved:The activity of cellulose enzyme and the content of protein were raised in all the three liquid mixed ferment systems of plearotus estreaful plus saceharomyes cerevisiae plus aspergillus night, aspergillus night plus saceharomyes cerevisiae and aspergillus night plus saceharomyes cerevisiae plus plearotus estreaful and each index rose most considerably in No. 1 beer lees protein feed (plearotus estreaful plus saceharomyes cerevisiae plus aspergillus night). And the activity of cellulose enzyme rose by 5. ou and the content of rough protein d by 11 per cent.
