摘    要:采用星点设计-效应面优化法探讨纤维素酶提取黄精粗多糖的最适宜工艺条件。在单因素试验基础上选取酶解温度、酶解pH值和加水量为自变量,黄精粗多糖提取率为因变量,对自变量各水平进行二项式拟合,用效应面法选择较适宜工艺条件,并进行预测分析。结果表明,黄精粗多糖最适宜提取工艺为:纤维素酶用量为黄精质量的0.50%,酶解时间120...
