Abstract:In this article,the process of research on the immobilized method of enzyme bioaensor in recent years was summarized,describing in detail that the feature,advantages and disadvantages of each method.Moreover,the development of electrochemistry enzyme biosensors based on a variety of new functional nanomaterials is reviewed.Finally,the progressive prospect of enzyme biosensor was forecasted.
