过氧化物超声氧化柴油脱硫工艺的研究

摘    要:研究了在超声波的作用下不同氧化剂及有机羧酸体系,萃取溶剂、柴油溶剂比对柴油氧化脱硫的影响.实验结论表明:H2O2/乙酸醉氧化体系,恒温40℃,超声功率450W,超声时间10min,超声萃取6min,萃取溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酞胺,柴油萃取溶剂比为1:1.5,氧化脱硫率可达79.5%,满足国家强制标准要求.

Abstract:Research on the effects of oxidative desulfurization of diesel with different oxidants and organic acid system as well as the ratio of diesel oil to solvent extrac has been carried out under ultrasonic wave condition.Experimental results for the hydrogen peroxide / acetic anhydride oxidation system,when under temperature of 40℃,ultrasonic power of 450W,Ultrasonic time of 10min,ultrasonic extraction time of 6min,extraction solvent with N,N-dimethylformamide,the ratio of diesel oil to Solvent extract is 1∶1.5.Experimental results attain to the oxido-desulfurization rate of 79.5 percent,meet the demands of the state mandatory standard.
