| 摘 要： | 热锻模具不但要求尺寸准确、有一定的精度、表面粗糙度低,而且还要求模具寿命长、成本低、经济效益好.为此,文章分析了某厂热锻模具使用寿命低的原因,并通过改进,使模具寿命比原来提高了200%以上,解决了该厂长期存在的热锻模具寿命低问题,取得了明显的经济效益.
